KHQ.com - The Kootenai County Sheriff's office is looking for Philip Faris Jenison.

He is a non compliant sex offender and is wanted for failure to register since 1999.  His criminal history includes a conviction for lewd conduct with a child.

He is 66 years old, 6'1", 220 pounds.  Deputies tell us he has brown hair and blue eyes.  He has ties to the Sacramento, CA area and maybe Arizona.
