Police Warn of Spoiled Meat Removed From Garbage Can
WALLA WALLA, WA - Walla Walla police are warning residents about spoiled meat taken from a garbage can Thursday night.
A concerned citizen notified police Friday morning out of concern the tainted meat may be sold or consumed by an unsuspecting recipient. The meats include boxes of Omaha steaks, burgers, coconut shrimp, and privately packaged beef and pork products.
All items had been thawed in a faulty freezer, and then refrozen before being placed in the garbage can.
