YAKIMA, WA - The 2nd Harvest Mobile Food Bank is coming to Yakima this week to distribute healthy foods.

The bank will be stopping in town on Wednesday, June 11. Yakima families and seniors can get milk, potatoes, apples, onions, a variety of whole grain breads, and other shelf stable items.

The food bank will be parked at the Grace Lutheran Church, 1207 7th Avenue, from noon to 2 p.m.

The distribution is open to the public based on declared need. No appointment or documentation is necessary to participate, just bring a box for the food.
