SELAH, WA - A familiar name is back in the news.

Former Selah Junior High School Teacher, 53-year-old David McMillen, is facing more accusations about filming girls without their knowledge.

McMillen worked for the Selah School District for 18 years but was forced to resign in 2011 after a student found a tiny video camera under a ninth-grade girl's desk.

McMillen was charged with voyeurism, and a Yakima County Prosecutor tells us his trial is scheduled to start August 25th in a Yakima County Courtroom.

Now, McMillen is back in the spotlight, but this time in Snohomish County. According to court documents, police said McMillen was pointing a security camera and binoculars towards a park just below his house. He allegedly has a log-book of when children would play there.

Police said they also found two computer hard drives in McMillen's home containing 1,500 homemade videos, including a few where he's having sex with strippers who didn't know they were being taped.

McMillen made bail on the new charges and is awaiting his trial date.
