Town Of Sprague Welcomes Home Family Of Fallen Soldier

SPRAGUE, Wash. - A couple hundred people in the town of Sprague, Washington and first responders from surrounding counties welcomed home the family of Justin Clouse late Thursday night.

The road to the family's home was lined with candles and flags.

Clouse was killed in action in Afghanistan last week.

 His family traveled to Delaware to identify his body. They arrived home in Sprague Thursday night around midnight.

Clouse's body will be flown home sometime in the next few days.

The justices' 5-4 decision Friday is a victory for privacy in the digital age. That's a big change from the old days when authorities could go to the phone company and obtain information about the numbers dialed from a home telephone without presenting a warrant.

    A former Kennewick school superintendent accused of arranging to have sex with two teen girls at a Richland motel is expected to plead guilty next week.    The lawyer for 76-year-old Paul Rosier tells the Tri-City Herald that a plea agreement has been reached with federal prosecutors. Defense lawyer Scott Johnson says Rosier will plead guilty to a new count of attempt child sex trafficking, which carries a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison.
