KENNEWICK, WA - Kennewick Police have arrested three people on a wide array of charges.

On Tuesday,  at about 1:50 p.m., two Deputy US Marshalls were in the area of Quality Inn on W Quinault Avenue in Kennewick, looking for a person wanted on several arrest warrants.

The clerk alerted them to a suspicious man who was in the area in a vehicle.  When they attempted to contact the man, he fled in his vehicle.  Kennewick Police officers followed the vehicle to the parking lot of the Benton County Justice Center, where the man fled on foot.  He was caught near TJ Maxx and identified as 22-year-old Sharte S. Dashon Kimble of Yakima.

He was found to have 9 warrants for his arrest.  A search warrant was executed on his vehicle and officers found narcotics and a firearm. Kimble was booked into the Benton County Jail on his warrants and a 72 hour incarceration hold for Attempting to Elude a Police Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm because he is a convicted felon.

During the investigation, officers developed information that Kimble was possibly trafficking females out of the Quality Inn.

With the assistance of the Quality Inn staff, officers contacted 18-year-old Sydney Inez Quinn of Yakima and arrested her for Prostitution.  They also arrested 59-year-old Ricky Steven Voth  of Walla Walla for Patronizing a Prostitute and False Reporting 2nd Degree.

Both Quinn and Voth were booked into the Benton County Jail.
