KENNEWICK, WA - A Kennewick man pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide Thursday morning at the Benton County Justice Center. 

According to police, Michael Johnson, 46, hit and killed Nina Howard, 52, with his car while racing with his son, on West 27th Avenue back in April. Johnson was driving over 70 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone.

The judge set a trial date for August 25th.
