UPDATE/ZILLAH, WA - A Zillah business owner came back from his lunch break Thursday to find part of his shop on fire.

Firefighters believe the Owner of 3 C's Auto Repair was welding on a car before he stopped for lunch.

The Zillah Fire Chief said they're still investigating, but it looks like the welding may have started this fire.

Firefighters said only one side of the shop is heavily damaged.

Crews said the owner of 3 C's is a popular man in the community, and they're confident neighbors will help him get back on his feet.

"I know him very well," said Chief Dan Hargroves. "He's a good hard working individual to the community. He's an asset to our community."

There's no exact cost on damages yet, but firefighters expect it to be high, saying a rig was lost and a lot of the tools were inside.

No on was hurt.
