The Michael Roos Foundation's 6th annual Fish and Chip Celebrity Weekend kicked off on Saturday, June 21. The Michael Roos Foundation's 6th annual Fish and Chip Celebrity Weekend kicked off on Saturday, June 21.
SPOKANE, Wash. -- Former Eastern Washington Eagle, All-Pro tackle Michael Roos kicked off the Michael Roos Foundation's 6th annual Fish and Chip Celebrity Weekend at The Creek at Qualchan golf course on Saturday, June 21.

NFL players like Golden Tate, Jake Scott, Greg Scruggs, Jeff Tuel and many others including of course Roos took to the course at about 1:00 p.m. PDT. Tomorrow, June 22, they will complete the Bass Fishing Tournament portion of the weekend at Red Lion's Templin Hotel on the River in Post Falls, Idaho.

All proceeds from the event will go to the Michael Roos Foundation, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Spokane and other local children's organizations.
