1 large can crushed tomatoes
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
8 cloves garlic, diced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1) In a large saucepan, add olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until translucent.
2) Add your spices and parsley and stir until well combined.
