Michael Maggiano was Co Chair and Speaker for the New Jersey Association for Justice Convention Seminar at the Ocean Place Resort, Long Branch, New Jersey on June 21, 2014. The legal program, entitled Insider's Guide to Negotiation and Settlement was attended by over 400 members of the association members from throughout New Jersey.

Mr.Maggiano gave advice on negotiation strategies and models learned from his many
years of handling high profile and multi-million dollar cases. Known for his ability to make complex information simple he spoke in part on, "How to Tell the Story."

The New Jersey Association for Justice has over 2400 members throughout the state of New Jersey. NJAJ is dedicated to protecting the citizens of New Jersey by working to preserve and strengthen the laws for safer products and workplaces, a cleaner environment and quality health care.
