Man pleads guilty for Spokane party death

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - A Spokane man has pleaded guilty in the death of man who was trying to break up an underage drinking party at his neighbor's home.
Treven Lewis pleaded guilty to manslaughter Tuesday for the death of 65-year-old Frank Motta.
Lewis was 18 at the time in March 2012 when he punched and knocked down Motta, who suffered a fatal head injury.
Neighbors had asked Motta to keep an eye on their house while they were out of town. Their teenage son held a party and Motta was trying to clear the house when he was hit.
Lewis said Motta had pushed his pregnant girlfriend.
