FWP And Forest Service Investigate Black Bear Attack

COLUMBIA FALLS -

FWP and Forest Service officials look into a reported Black bear attack on a woman and her dogs.

The alleged attack happened late Thursday morning on Forest Service land in the Cedar Flats area north of Columbia Falls. The woman was running with her dogs when a bear apparently went after her dogs, and then her.

Officials have closed the area and they're trying to capture the bear.
