PASCO, WA - The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is trying to find multiple suspects after a robbery early Friday morning north of Pasco.
Deputies say around 2:30 a.m. five armed men forced their way into a home along Decker Road. At least one gun shot was fired and one resident sustained minor knife injuries. The men ran away with money and valuables.
The residents showed NBC Right Now the aftermath inside. They say at least five men broke into the house and forced everyone onto the floor using small handguns and larger rifles. The people inside knew there were also more of these invaders waiting just outside. These men had what looked like bulletproof vests and police gear and at first they told the residents they were from the FBI.
"Later he said, we're not FBI, I need the money," explained Pedro Soto, one of the people in the home when it was invaded. "The other guy he said kill them, kill them. He grabbed the knife and he cut my back." Soto said after he was stabbed by one of the intruders that he laid on the floor bleeding for at least half an hour before being taken to the hospital.
One of the armed men shot a round into their ceiling to get everyone's attention and after they took cash and wallets, the men got away before officers arrived. No arrests have been made and deputies are still looking for suspects.
