 PASCO, WA - All 12 candidates hoping to fill Washington State's 4th District Congressional seat were in the spotlight at a public forum Thursday evening. 

The League of Women Voters of Benton and Franklin Counties, Charter Communications and the Tri-City Herald held a forum at Columbia Basin College in Pasco so voters could learn a little more about each one before casting their ballot on August 5th.
