Throwback Thursday: Silverwood constructs Corkscrew and Roaring Creek Log Fume

Posted: Updated:

KHQ.COM - 1990 was a big year for the Silverwood Theme Park. With the park experiencing a decline in visitors since opening in 1988, Silverwood organizers decided to add more attractions to get more people through the gates, which included more rides. KHQ was there in 1990 to see the construction of the Corkscrew and the Roaring Creek Log Flume. Timber Terror and Tremors would come a few years later and the Boulder Beach Water Park in 2003. Get out there and enjoy the summer!
