Summary of Incident: Officers responded a report of one shot being fired from one vehicle to another. Callers advised that two vehicles stopped in the roadway on E. 10th Avenue. The occupants of each vehicle had words with each other and then a single shot was fired. Both vehicles then sped away, one headed towards Finley (a light blue SUV, possibly a Dodge Durango) and the other westbound on 10th Avenue (a gold or silver colored 90's Nissan 4-door passenger car). No license plates were obtained. Witnesses believe the shot came from the Durango. One spent .45 caliber round was located in the street. The area was searched; however the vehicles were not located. At this time, it is unknown if anyone was injured. No suspects have been identified.
