UPDATE: Kennewick Circle K Robbery Suspect Arrested

UPDATE/KENNEWICK, WA. - A woman accused of robbing the Circle K on Canal Drive in Kennewick is now in custody.

Officers arrested Brooke Hampton, 35, at the Haney Inn in Richland.

Police served a search warrant at the inn after receiving a tip referring to the clothing the suspect wore during the robbery. Hampton faces first degree burglary charges.

KENNEWICK, WA - Kennewick Police are looking for a woman who officers say robbed a convenience store early Monday morning. Police say a woman in her 20s or 30s was wearing fake facial hair and a hooded jacket when she went into the Circle K on Canal Drive. Officers say the woman spoke in a low voice, told the clerk she had a gun, and demanded money.

Police say she ran off with cash before officers arrived, no one got hurt.
