Tri-City Americans Holding Donation Drive for Wildfire Victims

KENNEWICK, WA. - The Tri-City Americans are partnering with Les Schwab to aid in wildfire relief efforts by holding a donation drive for victims.

Fans are encouraged to drop off new and gently used items at the Toyota Center on July 25, 28, or the 29 from noon to 5 p.m. Fans donating ten dollars or more worth of items will receive a free ticket to the Americans game on September 21st.

The following items have been identified as items needed to help the relief effort:
  • Toiletries
  • Generators
  • Sleeping Bags
  • Tents
  • Bottled Water
  • Propane
  • Batteries
  • Flashlights
  • Lanterns
  • Disinfecting Wipes
  • Garbage Bags
  • Diapers
  • Paper plates, cups or silverware
  • Can openers
  • Pet food
  • Scissors
  • Coolers
  • Sleep Pads
  • Camp Chairs
  • Non-perishable food items
  • Money (Cash or Check)

Special guest and Americans alum Mason Wilgosh will be at the donation drive. Wilgosh is currently a volunteer firefighter on Price Edward Island in Canada.
