PASCO, WA - The Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is asking for help finding a man wanted on two counts of 1st degree child rape. 

Javier Robledo-Galindo, 28 is Hispanic, 5'5", 210 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. 

 His last known address was in Pasco.
