NBCRightNow.com - The Benton-Franklin Chapter of the American Red Cross is doing their part in helping the people affected by the Carlton Complex Fire.

They have four local volunteers helping in the affected areas and their emergency response vehicle is full of food and cleanup supplies.

Since starting their relief efforts, the Red Cross has supplied 32,000 meals and snacks, more than 300 overnight stays in shelters and made more than 1,000 medical contacts with people in the community.

They are also helping cover the cost of laundry in fire affected areas.
