MISSOULA -

Mount Sentinel in Missoula is iconic for the "M." On Tuesday that M will stand for "McCartney" as UM President Royce Engstrom and Mayor John Engen are changing Sentinel's name to Mount McCartney. Music Icon Sir Paul McCartney will give his first ever Missoula performance under the M Tuesday.   

We'll have a live report on concert preparations tonight on the ABC Montana News at 5:30.

    NOXON, Mont. - Montana Rail Link confirmed approximately 30 coal cars derailed Sunday night in northwest Montana.  Bonner County Emergency Management says MRL told them the derailment happened at around 11:00 p.m. near Noxon, Montana. There were no injuries and the train was not hauling hazardous material, according to Jim Lewis with MRL.

    PORTLAND, Ore. - A first-time mother in Portland is suing the hospital she gave birth in for $8.6 million, saying they left the newborn with her unattended after giving her pain killers and sleep aids.  The lawsuit, filed last week, claims that Portland Adventist Medical Center is at fault for the death of Monica Thompson's 10-day-old son, Jacob.
