UPDATE: Missing Person Alert Canceled for 14-Year-Old Girl in Snohomish

UPDATE: The Endangered Missing Persons Advisory for a 14-year-old girl in Snohomish has been canceled. 

Elizabeth Harwood has been found in Lynnwood, Washington, safe and uninjured. A 60-year-old man with outstanding warrants has been taken into custody.


SNOHOMISH, WA - A Missing and Endangered Person Alert has been issued for a developmentally disabled girl out of the city of Snohomish. Snohomish County Sheriff Deputies say 14-year-old Elizabeth Ann Harwood disappeared on Wednesday while riding her bicycle near her home on the 500 block of D Avenue. Deputies say she was on her way to a friend's house.

The sheriff's office says the girl has the mental capacity of a younger child. She's 5'6", 215 pounds with shoulder-length brown hair. She was wearing a yellow, green and blue striped T-shirt with khaki pants. Her shoes are either pink and white tennis shoes or cheetah print Van style shoes. She was riding a white 26-inch cruiser style bicycle with peace sign stickers.
