PREVIOUS COVERAGE:

PASCO, WA - Police took one man in for questioning after witnesses spotted him outside the Union Gospel Mission in downtown Pasco. That is just a short distance away from where witnesses say that same man pulled out a gun and shot another man in the chest Friday afternoon.

"As I was leaving I went up the alley and seen him walking down by the post office, so I circled around the block. I got ahold of another one of the witnesses up the street and had him come down and confirm. He was drunk and walking down the alley and just settled in there next to the mission," said Byron Brooks.

Police handcuffed the man who matched the suspect description.
