Kittitas County, WA - Sheriff's deputies on a boat rescued a family of six trapped in a log jam in the Upper Cle Elum River.

The Sheriff's Swift-Water Rescue Team launched one of their jet boats to search for the family. Two adults and four young children were all trapped in what deputies are calling one of the worst log jams in the county.

They say "it is a blessing no one was injured".

The whole family was pulled onto the boat and re-united with their friends.
