UPDATE: 1-year-old Kelso Girl Found Safe

UPDATE / KELSO, WA -  Cowlitz County sheriff deputies say a missing baby girl from Kelso, Washington has been found safe, but deputies are still looking for her mother.

An endangered and missing persons alert was issued Wednesday for 1-year-old Diamond Lilly Moore, but deputies say someone dropped her off at a family friend's house Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies said her mother, 30-year-old Christina Moore, did not turn over her daughter to the girl's grandmother who was awarded custody on Monday.

Moore is about five foot five, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has the word "faith" tattooed on her neck.

COWLITZ COUNTY, WA - A Missing and Endangered Person Alert has been issued for a 1-year-old girl out of Kelso, Washington. Cowlitz County Sheriff Deputies say Diamond Lilly Moore is 16 months old. She's white, 2 feet tall and weighs 30 pounds, with short, strawberry blond hair and brown eyes. 

Deputies say the girl may be with her mother, 30-year-old Christina Char Moore, who is white, with shoulder length brown or dark blond hair and brown eyes, about 5'5" and 135 pounds. She also has a heart tattoo on her abdomen, and the word "faith" tattooed on her neck. 

Deputies say Christina Char Moore failed to give her daughter to the girl's grandmother on Tuesday, who was awarded custody on Monday. The girl was last scene on the 300 block of SW 1st Avenue in Kelso.
