The man accused of killing another man by slicing his throat appears in court.

William Cunningham pleads not guilty to one felony count of deliberate homicide.

Shortly before midnight on August 2nd, Laurel police officers responded to a call of an injured man. Officers say when they saw Cunningham, he admitted cutting the throat of 40-year-old Nathan Horn.
