33rd Annual Antique Farm Equipment Show

UNION GAP, WA.- Farmers from all over Washington traveled to Union Gap this weekend for the 33rd annual Farm Equipment Expo.

The expo brought in tractors from all different decades, allowing people to come down and learn the different aspects of running a farm.

They offered demonstrations, rides, food vendors, live entertainment, and even a farmers market, but event coordinators told NBC Right Now the most important part is sharing past generations heritage with those to come.

"It's a way for us to teach the younger generation that milk doesn't come from a store, a loaf of bread doesn't come out of a store, we teach them how it's processed, how it works," said Dora Stump, Vice President of the Expo.

Organizers at the expo brought in a soap maker, bread manufacturer, and even displayed a working windmill that people could tour.
