GRANDVIEW, WA. - A 26-year-old man is in custody after a shooting incident Tuesday in Grandview.

The Benton County Sheriff's Office says Jose Lupercio went to his ex-girlfriend's house along the 12,000 blk. of S. Missimer and started yelling for her new boyfriend to come outside and fight. When no one came out, several gunshots were fired and Lupercio drove away.

When deputies arrived they found several shell casings in front of the house. They believe Lupercio fired several shots into the air after making his threats. Deputies then tracked down Lupercio at his sister's house in Grandview. They set up around the home and called for Lupercio to come outside. He did and was taken into custody without incident.
