KENNEWICK, WA. - A Kennewick man is keeping the lucky streak in alive in the Tri-Cities with his recent $50,000 Washington's Lottery win.

John Moulin won the top prize while playing Liberty Bills Scratch. Moulin says when he first found out he was in shock and couldn't speak. He says he thought at first it was a $100 winner. Moulin purchased the ticket at Max Mart on South Garfield Street in Kennewick. This is the second time Moulin has won Washington's Lottery, in the past he has won $1,000 playing Lotto.

Moulin says he plans to celebrate his win with his family, and share some of it with his three children. He plans to save the rest.

This hasn't been the only big win lately in the Tri-Cities area. Laurie Kozlik of Richland won $50,000 playing scratch in July. Audrey Harwick, also of Richland, won a $50,000 Scratch prize in June.
