Posted: Updated:
KENNEWICK, WA - The Washington State Patrol is looking for a man after a car jacking late Sunday night.

Troopers say around 9 o'clock, a 51-year-old woman from Kennewick had stopped to help a man walking in the road just south of the Cable Bridge, when he stole her gray 2005 Buick LaCrosse.

Troopers say the man forced the woman and her two dogs out of the car, got in, and drove off southbound on Highway 397 away from the bridge. The woman suffered some minor scratches on her arm, but Troopers say she's alright.

Troopers describe the man as white, 6 feet tall, about 150 pounds, with short black hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

If you have any idea who or where this man may be, call the Washington State Patrol at 734-7029.
