TRI-CITIES, WA- The Parade of Homes started Saturday and showcased homes in Pasco, Richland, and Kennewick.

The Tri-Cities Home Builders Association has done the parade for many years and showcases builders' homes and design ideas.

The houses on the tour ranged in price from average to very expensive.  One home was priced at over $900,000.

Renee Brooks said only a handful of people come to buy homes but most are just looking around.

“A lot of people go just to see what the new trends are, to get some interior design ideas, and to look at remodeling ideas.  There's something for everybody this weekend and next,” said Brooks.

The parade expects to see hundreds of people throughout the week and they also have a special contest going on for people who visit all 25 of those houses on tour.

Tickets for the Parade of Homes are still available at Circle K Stores for $10.  The parade will happen again Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., and again next weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
