KENNEWICK, WA- The 3rd Annual Guts ‘N Glory Dash had their mud run Saturday to raise money for local non-profit organizations.

Mud runners took to the course in a 5K run and kids took on a one-mile Kids' Dash.

Live music and vendors also filled the rodeo arena to support a good cause.

The Richland Firefighters Local 1052 Community Outreach Program Sponsored the event.

Organizers said it gave the community a chance to do something fun while helping out some local non-profit organizations in the Tri-Cities.

“Really it's about raising money for the local non-profits and we try to get them some exposure while they're here.  They have vendor booths set up and we try to explain to people what they're about as well.  But ultimately what it comes down to is raising money for these local non-profits,” said Randy Aust, Guts ‘N Glory Dash event coordinator.

The event saw over 400 people this year and had more than 50 volunteers helping to make the event happen.
