PASCO, WA -  A 17-year-old boy is arrested along with his dad after police say the teenager pointed a gun at a 21-year-old man while he was holding a six month old baby. (KNDU previously reported the 17-year-old had point a gun at a woman)

Deputies say it happened on the 500 block of Haugen Road in Pasco around 4 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies say it started with a verbal argument between the teenager and the man. The 17-year-old is the baby's uncle.

Deputies also arrested the teenager's father, 64-year-old Jose Montalvo and booked him into the Franklin County Jail for rendering criminal assistance.

The 17-year-old was taken to the Juvenile Justice Center and charged with two counts of assault and possession of a firearm.
