Free Prostate Cancer Screening Offered in Kennewick

KENNEWICK, Wa. - The Tri-Cities Cancer Center begins giving free prostate cancer screenings on Monday.

The volunteer team is available on September 22, 23, or the 24 between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. at 7350 W. Deschutes Ave.

Screenings are offered by appointment only to men between the ages of 50 and 69.

It's important to be aware of screening guidelines to determine if a prostate cancer screening is appropriate for you. This screening will include a prostatic specific antigen (PSA) blood test and a digital rectal examination (DRE).
