RICHLAND, WA - Richland Police arrested a man Tuesday morning for pulling out a gun in an argument over parking. At 11:21 a.m. police were called to a parking lot at 800 Swift Blvd. for a report of someone showing a gun. Once they arrived they found out there had been an argument over poor parking, one of the people involved had a gun, had made derogatory remarks, and left in a black pick-up truck.

Police later tracked down the person with that gun, Jefferey A. Hack, a 55 year old Richland resident. At 11:56 a.m. officers took Hack into custody after stopping him at the intersection of Delafield and Fitch for Unlawful Display of a Firearm.
