RICHLAND, WA- Mandi Parrish had car problems, but the Tire Factory fixed her car and paid her parking fee.

Mandi Parrish's car recently stopped on her while at an intersection.  She called a tow truck and immediately called Tire Factory to see if she could drop her car off there.  They usually do not work on the type of problem Parrish had, but they told her to bring it over.

The next day, the car was ready for pick-up, but a week later, her car stopped again, this time at the airport.

She called Tired Factory again to see if she could bring her car there, but Tire Factory manager Jason Roy came to her to fix it.

After he fixed it, he paid for her long-term parking fee at the airport too.

“I just wanted to surprise her and say thank you for calling us and allowing us to make sure everything was fixed and right and wanted to say sorry for her having to wait there in the parking lot,” said Roy.

Parrish did not realize her parking fee was paid for until she got to the kiosk.  Roy was in front of her and she had no idea what he was doing.

Roy said he tells all his workers to care for the customer and to stop and help anyone in need.
