UPDATE: Amber Alert Canceled out of La Conner Washington

UPDATE: LA CONNER, WA - An Amber Alert has now been canceled out of La Conner, Washington for a young boy. 


Skagit County Sheriff's Deputies say 2 year old Don Hall has been found safe and the father is in custody.

Skagit County Sheriff's Deputies say 2-year-old Don Hall was last seen at 12220 SR 20 in La Conner.

Deputies say he is believed to be with 34-year-old Ryan Thomas Hall who is not supposed to have access to the boy until October 8th.

Ryan Hall has made previous threats to kill the boy's mother and said he was evil and she should pay.

Ryan Hall is a white man with blonde hair but has a shaved head, blue eyes, 5'7", weighing 200 lbs. 

He has  a tattoo above his forehead of  four or five Cyrillic letters, and another of a teardrop below an eye.

He was last seen wearing a black suit two inches too short and has prescription sunglasses or contacts.

Don Hall has black hair, brown eyes, is 2'3", weighing 40 lbs, with a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a blue striped shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes.

The two may be traveling in a 2000 black Lexus GS4 with license number #ARJ7450
