Zillah Pizza Delivery Suspect Appears in Court as Final Suspect Arrested

ZILLAH, WA. -- A fourth and final suspect has been arrested in connection with Monday's pizza delivery robbery near Zillah.


One of the suspects made an appearance in court Thursday morning. According to court documents, 18-year-old Balente Roja allowed two minors and 20-year-old Oscar Scott to use his car to rob the pizza delivery man. 


Sheriff's deputies served a search warrant at a Toppenish home where they found Scott and a club that officers believe was used in the crime.

ZILLAH, WA. - Yakima County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested three people accused of robbing a pizza delivery driver near Zillah on Monday.


Two boys have been booked into the Yakima County Juvenile Detention Center and an 18 year old man has been booked into the Yakima County Jail on robbery charges.

Deputies say a fourth suspect has been identified and is still at large.

Yakima County Sheriffs are investigating after a pizza delivery person was hit in the head with a bat and robbed Monday night in Zillah. 

Officers say the delivery man pulled into a driveway in the 1200 Blk. of Cheyne Road and was approached by two men. 

The suspects struck the man in the head and stole a small amount of cash from him.

The victim ran to a nearby house and called 9-1-1. 

Officers searched the area but couldn't find the two suspects. 

The victim suffered only minor injuries.
