SEATTLE, Wa. - The FBI says a 9-year-old boy who vanished while visiting his father in Seattle has been found safe on an island in the South Pacific. 

Agents said last night authorities in the island country of Niue located Billy Hanson and his father, Jeffrey Hanson, who kidnapped him in early September. 

Jeffrey Hanson was taken into custody on a federal arrest warrant for international parental kidnapping.

    BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Idaho transportation officials say bridge inspectors found two undetonated explosive devices at the base of a bridge that spans the Snake River near Nampa. Both devices have been removed and destroyed, and a sweep of the area did not turn up any additional explosives.

    KALISPELL, Mont. (AP) - Glacier National Park had more than 92,000 visitors last month, increasing by nearly 9 percent after a wildfire led to closures in August and September. The Flathead Beacon reports the park recorded a year-to-date visitation of 2.9 million, down by about 10.8 percent to the nearly 3.3 million visitors recorded through the same period last year.
