PASCO, WA -    It may still be Halloween, but the Salvation Army wants low income families in Benton and Franklin Counties to start thinking about Christmas.

Registration for their Christmas Angel program starts  Monday, November 3rd and continues through Friday, November 7th at their Pasco location.  Families can sign up to get food and gifts for kids 12 and under.

"Our goal is for 700 families this year," said Giving Tree Coordinator Anet Medina.  "If we over exceed that,  awesome!   But our goal is 700 families, so we are stressing that those families that need that extra help, come and sign up."

To qualify, you need to bring birth certificates for kids, picture ID for adults, proof of current bills, and proof of income. The Pasco Salvation Army is located at 310 North 4th Avenue.
