Most of the adult occupants of this home are convicted felons and not able to possess guns legally."

Kennewick Police told NBC Right Now they did in fact find multiple weapons in the home. Cuellar's brother, Jimmy Cuellar came out of the home with police after two other people came out peacefully. They said although Jimmy Cuellar was put handcuffs this morning, he was not arrested Tuesday.
