Kennewick Fatal Stabbing Suspect's Trial on Hold During Appeal

Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, WA - The man accused of fatally stabbing his estranged wife's boyfriend inside a Kennewick plasma donation center is appealing a first degree murder charge.

Matthew de Vore's attorney Scott Johnson will now have some time to get that ruling overturned while the case is on hold.

Last month, Prosecutor Andy Miller filed first degree murder charges as de Vore's lawyer attempted a lesser second degree murder plea.
