KENNEWICK, WA- Last year NBC Right Now met a true 12th man before his trip to the Super Bowl in New York.

Diego Montes is planning his trip to the Super Bowl again, this time, his co-workers wanted to rally the best way they knew how, hanging the 12th man flag at work.

NBC Right Now's Morgan Ashley asked, "Why are you here today?"

"So I don't get fined", said Montes.

Montes will not be fined, instead he is heading to the Super Bowl for a second year in a row.

"Aw man, my boss surprising me with those tickets... He's like, "Here Diego, you are going to the Super Bowl!" I was like, no way. I was just about to fall down and I told him, "Hey, can I take the day off too? Because I don't feel good", explained Montes.

His boss surprising him with a fully paid trip to New York, Montes was tearful and thankful when we met him last year.

"My boss told me we're gonna win, because I'm the lucky charm", said Montes.

Now he has saved up and gets to do it again, this time with his friend Jeremy Linhoff.

Linhoff will be going to his first Super Bowl and said, "I gotta go with Pete Carroll personally. I mean, the way he brought the team together. He's making everyone happier. Everyone is getting along. They're a family, they're not just out there to play football."

In true 12th man fashion, we had to raise the flag first, this time on their work boom lift.
