KENNEWICK, WA- It was not quite the ending these fans at The Pub and Uncle Sam's Saloon in Kennewick expected, but some are staying hopeful.

It was a day long awaited by so many Seahawk fans across the region, in Arizona, and even across the country.

"It's going to be dramatic.  We're going to come back in the 4th quarter and just absolutely destroy everything.  It's going to be a 2nd half for sure.  That's just how we roll," said Christopher Nokes, Seahawks fan.

Fans were hopeful in the first half this game would be Seahawks all the way.

"I've been a fan since 1989.  Let's go hawks! Go Super Bowl!" said Al Moreno, Seahawks fan.

Fourth quarter looked like it favored the hawks.  Fans were more excited than last year.

"I think it's going to be a lot more exciting than last year and I hope the Seahawks just pull it out," said Christian Gardes, Seahawks fan.

He even explained why he did not want to see the Patriots win and expressed his support for Russell Wilson.

"I can't stand Belichick to get another ring.  I need Wilson, come on now.  Wilson needs two rings," said Gardes.

Even though the final seconds hurt, some fans are kept their heads up.

"We just have to keep our heads up and just remember that there's always the next year.  We had last year too, so we can't be sad," said Nicole Taylor.

The fans still had high spirits.  Some were just happy the Seahawks made it this far.
