Police Investigate Shooting at Vacant House in Yakima

Police in Yakima are working to figure out what led to a shooting at a vacant house in Yakima early Monday morning. Police in Yakima are working to figure out what led to a shooting at a vacant house in Yakima early Monday morning.
YAKIMA, WA-- Police in Yakima are working to figure out what led to a shooting at a vacant house early Monday morning. 

Officers arrived at the house on North 6th Street and Lincoln Avenue around 4:00 a.m. Monday after getting reports of shots being fired.

When they arrived at the scene the found the house was vacant, and several bullet casings around the outside of the building.


Police called this a random shooting and there is no suspect or motive yet.  No one was injured.
