UNION GAP, WA-- Police arrested 54-year-old Van Dean Dunbar on Friday afternoon after a woman called police saying there was a man in a wet suit that looked suspicious at the Greenway in Union Gap. Police found Dunbar hiding and arrested him.

They had been looking for a suspect for some time, last December a woman called police saying a man approached her asking if she wanted to watch him perform a sex act.  She said no and that is when he grabbed her and asked her again.

The woman got away, but police were never able to find the man until last week.

Officers arrested Dunbar on charges of lewd conduct, sexual assault and criminal trespass.

They also found a wetsuit with the crotch cut out, a scuba mask, various sex toys and lotions with Dunbar when they arrested him.

A judge set his bail at $75,000.00 Monday morning.  Dunbar is being held in the Wapato jail.

He was also arrested back in March of 2011 for a similar incident at the Greenway.  That is when he was trespassed from the area for life.
