UPDATE: MOSES LAKE, WA - Moses Lake Police say Argimiro Flores is being charged with Attempted Murder after shooting two people Sunday afternoon. Police say it all started when a Silver Chrysler driven by Freddy Olivares pulled up beside two men who were riding bicycles. A verbal altercation started a short time later. As Flores and the unidentified man on the other bicycle pedaled away, the Chrysler followed them.

The bicyclists and the people in the vehicle stopped again a short time later at Knolls Vista. That's when the people inside the Chrysler got out of their vehicle and a physical fight broke out. The brawl ended but the altercation was far from over. Police say Flores approached Olivares armed with a .380 caliber handgun and fired two shots, hitting Olivares in the throat.

Police say a 17 year old juvenile that was also in the car with Olivares tried to hide from Flores, but he ended up getting shot in the hip. After the shooting, Flores left the scene but was picked up a short time later. The gun used in the shooting was recovered as well.
