Summary of Incident: Kennewick, Wa.

Friday - 15-04611- Burglary/ 429 S. Roosevelt St.

Investigating Officer contacted Todd and Tiera Courtney in reference to a residential burglary. Sometime between 5:00 pm and 9:30 pm on Friday evening, an unknown suspect entered their fence backyard. The suspect threw a rock through a back window and made entry. Inside, the suspect stole a television, laptop computer and a tablet. The suspect then exited the residence through the rear sliding glass door. Latent prints were recovered from the window and sliding glass door handle. An area canvass was complete and neighbors reported hearing the sound of breaking glass at approximately 7:00 pm. Another neighbor reported seeing a male walking on the sidewalk near the residence at approximately 7:00 pm. No one was concerned enough to call police with this suspicious activity.

The male was described as a white male, 19- 25 years old, 5'10/ 170 lbs. The male was possibly wearing sweats and a hoodie.

Sunday - 15-04805- Burglary/ 126 S. Osborne St.

Investigating Officer contacted Addison Wilkins in reference to a burglary report. He advised that the burglary actually occurred on 2/14/15 between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm. He did not discover any property missing until

today. The suspect entered the fenced backyard, checked a window (damaging the screen) and then gained entry

through an unlocked sliding glass door. The suspect stole a Vizo sound bar and a subwoofer. The scene was

processed and latent prints were recovered from the window (suspect had attempted to wipe prints off). A

canvass was completed and a neighbor reported seeing a gray or white 4 door passenger vehicle parked in the


We have had other witness reports on previous cases of a gray or white, faded-peeling paint, 4 door passenger

vehicle at other recent burglaries.

15-04826- Burglary/ 7136 W. 4th Ave.

Investigating Officer contacted Bradley Barwell in reference to a burglary report. He advised that on this date

between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm an unknown suspect entered the fenced backyard and damaged a screen to a rear

window. Entry to the residence was made through an unlocked sliding glass door. The suspect stole two cell

phones, an Xbox One and a MSI laptop. It appears the suspect exited the residence through the front door. No

evidence was located at the scene and the area canvass did not reveal any witness information.

All three burglaries this weekend happened in the late evening hours. We have a suspect description and vehicle

description listed above. The method of entry is similar to other recent burglaries that we are currently working.
