Man was Caught inside a Car Stealing Items in Kennewick

KENNEWICK, WA - Police say a man was caught in a vehicle stealing items on February 15, 2015 at 4:00 am.

Kennewick Police originally booked Dakota Harding, 23,  for vehicle prowling at 1114 W. 10th Avenue after the victim, Edmer Gomez-Huesca, 36, trapped Harding in the car until officers arrived to arrest Harding.

On February 16th, Detective Davis booked Harding's for 2nd degree robbery after determining Harding had actually assaulted Gomez-Huesca trying to steal his property. 

The Detective investigating a recent string of burglaries and Harding is a person of interest in some of the recent burglaries.

Police say there is not yet enough evidence to arrest Harding for any of the burglaries at this time.
